Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: After 3:00 PM (15:00 WITA)
  • Check-out: Before 12:00 PM (12:00 WITA)
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee. Please inquire with our reservations team at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

Booking & Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require 100% payment upfront.
  • We accept bank transfers and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.
  • No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.
  • No refunds for early departures or no-shows.

Villa Rules

  • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas only.
  • Parties & Events: Parties or events are not allowed without prior written approval from the management.
  • Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM (22:00 WITA) and 7:00 AM (07:00 WITA).
  • Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property.
