What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out time is until 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Breakfast inclusion depends on the room rate and package you choose. Please check your booking confirmation or contact us for details about your specific reservation.
Do you provide airport transfer service?
Yes, we offer airport transfer service for our guests. The service can be arranged at an additional cost. Please inform us of your flight details at least 24 hours in advance. Members with Silver tier and above receive complimentary airport transfers.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our standard cancellation policy allows free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are subject to a charge of the first night's room rate. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount. Special rates may have different cancellation terms.
Are pets allowed at the villa?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at our villas to ensure the comfort of all our guests and maintain the cleanliness of our properties.
Is there a swimming pool at the villa?
Yes, most of our villas feature private swimming pools. Please check the specific villa details on our website to confirm the amenities included with your chosen accommodation.
Do you offer daily housekeeping service?
Yes, we provide daily housekeeping service for all our villas. Our staff will clean your villa, change linens, and restock amenities. You can request service at your preferred time.
How do I become a member and what are the benefits?
You can become a member by registering on our website. Membership is free and you'll automatically start at Bronze level. As you make bookings, you'll accumulate spending points that can upgrade you to Silver, Gold, or Platinum tiers. Each tier offers increasing benefits including discounts, complimentary services, and exclusive perks.
Can I use multiple vouchers for one booking?
Generally, only one voucher can be used per booking. Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless specifically stated. Please check the terms and conditions of each voucher for specific details.
Is WiFi available at the villa?
Yes, all our villas are equipped with complimentary high-speed WiFi internet access throughout the property.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and digital payment platforms. Full payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
Can I request additional amenities or special arrangements?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate special requests such as extra bedding, baby cots, special decorations for celebrations, or dietary requirements. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
